She was predeceased by: her husband Gordon. She is survived by: her children, Tom MacDonald (Karen), Ken MacDonald (Carol), Reg MacDonald (Frances), Jane Frey (David) and Ron MacLeod (Ronda); and her siblings, Oscar Johnson, Ray Johnson (Dixie), Eileen Schultz and Allan Johnson (Wendy). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, if family and friends so desire, memorial contributions in Adeline's memory may be made to the W.F. MacDonald Education Fund c/o Battle River Community Foundation (https://brcf.ca), St. Mary's Hospital Camrose Foundation, or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
