He was predeceased by: his son Keith; his parents, Mike and Annie; and his brother Walter. He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Debbie of Oshawa, ON, David Porisky (Petra) of Morinville, AB, Mike Porisky of Surrey, BC, Doug Porisky of Surrey, BC, Sharon Fischer (Malcolm) of Stettler, AB and Sandra McNaughton (Dan) of Fall River, NS; his close friend Doris Gellert; his grandchildren, Sydney McNaughton, Jacob McNaughton, Justin Fleischhacker (Dacia), Braden Fleischhacker, Samantha McNaughton (Adam), Echo Porisky, Kiera Porisky, Richard Porisky (Twyla), Jason Russell (Amy), Angela Laduke, Courtney Lantz (Dusty), Miranda Berger and Mindy Judd; and his siblings, Carson Porisky (Anne), Tony Porisky and Alice Hubar. He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Salvation Army in Russ's name.
