Irene May Yachimetz Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 31, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Irene May Yachimetz of Calmar, Alberta. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley; her parents, Walter Markwart and Mable Markwart of Lougheed; and her brothers, Orlin and Leo Markwart of Lougheed.

She is survived by: her sons, Wally (Kim) of Calmar and Nestor of Calmar; her grandsons, Bryan of Stony Plain and Christopher (Kirsten) of Edmonton; and her brother Bernard Markwart of Grand Prairie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family would welcome donations to the Alzheimer's Society of Canada in her memory.
