He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Weldon and Shirley Weldon. He is survived by: his brother Todd (Charmaine); his nephews, Colton and Tucker Weldon; and his friend Christine Futto.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Dan's honour may be made to the Stollery Children's Hospital or Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada.
