With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William Charles Hay (Calgary, Alberta), born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 25, 2024. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hay and Florence "String" Hay; and his sister Donna Ludwig. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Pam Brown (Dan), Penny Fagerheim (Grant) and Donald; his grandchildren, Bill Brown (Katie), Elin Hooker (Garrett), Michael Brown (Stephanie), Brandon Fagerheim (Karli) and Brett Fagerheim (Courtney Kreway); his great grandchildren, Maren Brown, Nash, Romi Fagerheim, Bill and Nancy; his brother Jim Hay; and his daughter Donna.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Calgary Golf and Country Club (919 50 Ave SW, Calgary, AB T2S1H1).
