He is survived by: his significant other Gertrude Lillian (Stewart) of Kensington, PEI.; his children, Merle Allan Rayner, Daryl Avard Rayner (Belinda), Phyllis "Alethea" Rayner and Deryk Bryan Phillips (Tami); his sister Marlene Shirley Dumville of Alberton, PEI; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Lindsey, Clarissa (Colin), Sloane, Shelby, Rebekah (William), Caleb, Matthias (Lauren) and Hannah (Andrew); and his great grandchildren, Allisen, Kaleb, Brianna, Athena and Asher.
