He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicolay and Olga; and his brothers, Benny and Bryce. He is survived by: his wife Debra; his children, Nicolai and Kristel (James); his grandchildren, Ezekiel and Job; and his sister Nancy. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
