We bid farewell to Viorel Rain of Calgary, Alberta, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 17, 2024 at the age of 56. Viorel touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Viorica Rain and Nicolae Rain. He is survived by: his wife Zenia Rain of Calgary, AB; his children, Kassandra Zoschke (Tye Zoschke), Andrea Rain (Colton Yaroschak), Bianca Rain (Chris Page) and Roldan Reimer (Faith Schadlich-Reimer); his grandchildren, Alison, Remy, Leo and Oliver; his pet Belle; his brothers, Doru Rain (Ofelia Rain) and Nicolae Rain (Nia Rain); his nephew Liviu Rain (Nicole Rain); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lucas and Tristan; and his extended family, Holloway and Deerfoot South.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Deerfoot South McInnis & Holloway Funeral Home & Cremation Services (12281 40 St SE, Calgary, AB T2Z4E6). A prayer will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
