He was predeceased by: his mother Anna Spadafora; and his brothers-in-law, John Scigliano and Frank Ammirati. He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his daughter Anna Miotti (Paul); his grandchildren, Juliano, Izabella, Sarah Chamoun (Johnny), Ariana and Savanna; his father Giuseppe Spadafora; his siblings, Angela Slavik, Franka Ammirati, Frank Spadafora (Rose), Jack Spadafora (Connie) and Tony Spadafora (Despina); his in-law Antonio Scigliano (Serafina); and his sister-in-law Maria Scigliano (Frank Cortese). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
