He is survived by: his daughters, Florence Basuel-Elumir and Faye Basuel; his wife Florentina Basuel (Ilocos Sur); his grandchildren, Russell Sky Basuel Elumir, Christopher Raiden Basuel Elumir, Tristan Ray Basuel Elumir, Josef Viktor Basuel Yu and Coco; his siblings, Yolanda Basuel, Paulina Canlas, Narcisa Salmorin and Monchito Basuel; and also, Florence, Ress Elumir of Calgary, Faye Basuel and Jason Yu of Calgary. He is also survived by great papa to his children, grandkids, nieces, and nephews.
