He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth William Fowler. He is survived by: his mother Janice Caldwell; his siblings, Randall Fowler and Vicki Dennis (Dave); and his nieces, Shanel Dennis and Sierra Dennis. He is also survived by aunts and cousins.
