She was predeceased by: her adoptive parents, Sandra Williams (Joe Williams) and Douglas Campkin; and her mother Myrtle Ward. She is also survived by her five daughters, numerous foster children, brothers, sisters, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of donations, the family requests that donations be made to the Shine a Light Campaign at CUPS Calgary, a place that was near and dear to Tammy's heart.
