She was predeceased by: her parents, Kartar Kaur and Amar Singh Dhanjal; her spouse Dr. Bhupinder Singh Bedi; and her brothers, Diwan, Harbans, Naranjan and Tarlochan.

She is survived by: her children, Jasbir Singh Bedi and Prabhjot Kaur Bedi; her grandchildren, Julian and Anjali; and her sisters, Vidya, Satpal and Soma. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
