With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sarah Scramstad (Calgary, Alberta), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 19, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Sarah had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Sarah may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Garrison and Mary Garrison (Hendon); her husband Ed Nasserden; and her children, Leslie, Carol of Moose Jaw, SK and Wayne of Salmon Arm, BC.
She is survived by: her sister Sybil Weinmaster of Saskatoon, SK; her daughter Debbie Malone (Brian) of Cochrane; and her grandchildren, Doug Scramstad of Maple Ridge, BC, Cheryl Scramstad of Victoria, BC, Jessie Malone of Calgary, AB and Kate Malone of Victoria, BC. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews.
