We are sad to announce that on March 3, 2023, at the age of 87, Roy Nurse of Calgary, Alberta, born in Pools Cove, Newfoundland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Berkley and Helen; and his siblings, Sophie (Henry), Eddie, Spraque (Betty) and Berkley (Jean).
He is survived by: his son Eric (Joy); his wife Mary-Alda; his son Michael; his daughter-in-law Noreen; his grandchildren, Brianna, D. J. (Makayla), Julia (Hunter), Austin (Julie) and Phoenix; his brother Leslie (Carolyn); and his sisters-in-law, Edith and Linda.
As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations are gratefully accepted and may be made in his loving memory to the Salvation Army Citadel- Bay Roberts, Men's Fellowship or the Youth Department.
