He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Doug Beven. He is survived by: his parents, Chuck Oshiro and Kim Oshiro; his wife Lois; his stepson Warren Oakes of Vernon, BC; his grandson Mackyle Oakes of Vernon, BC.; and his siblings, Ona Beven, Kendra Oshiro (Marc), Rod Oshiro (Alberta) of Calgary and Kurt Oshiro (Joanne) of Ottawa.
