He was predeceased by: his parent Oscar; and his brothers, Tom Jacobsen, Mike Jacobsen and Jim Jacobsen. He is survived by: his sons, Christopher of Glostrup, Dwayne of Calgary, AB and Scott (Colleen); and his sisters, Carol Barbour (John), Janet Jacobsen and Susan Brown.
