He is survived by: his parents, Richard Dias Bandaranayake and Hilda Jayasinghe; his parents-in-law, Priyanthi, Nalin and Suresh; and his nephews, Theshane, Sandali, Sera, Kevin, Diynsa, Esandu and Vinulima. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
