He was predeceased by: his brother Ernest; his parents, Frederick Staus and Alma Staus; his brothers, Armin Staus and George Staus; his sister-in-law Marie Staus; his sister Irene McLroy; his brother-in-law Gene McLroy; his sister Margaret Cowan; his brother-in-law Laurie Cowan (Linda Staus); his parents-in-law, Stan Taylor and Lil Taylor; and his stepson Daryl Sen.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Staus (Sen); his children, Darin Staus (Lonnie) and Annabel Boland (Schwab); his stepdaughters, Suzanne Waddell (Tim) and Becky Campbell (Jeremy); his sister Marlene Lindgren (Ivan) of Kelvington, SK; and his nephew Donald Staus. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and countless friends.
