She was predeceased by: her parents, Nellie Mabel and Francis Charles Huish; her siblings, Harry Huish and Doreen Firomski; and her son Larry Befus.
She is survived by: her children, Judy McNish (Reg), Michael Befus (Charlene) and Dave Befus; her grandchildren, Corry Devos, Liana Eddy (Nevin) and Koralee Loria (John); her sister Ruth Manning; her husband Albert Befus; and also Robin Melnyk-Befus. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
