He was predeceased by: his parents, Hans and Anna; and his brothers, Peder and Knud. He is survived by: his wife Bente; his children, Finn (Anna), Thomas (Jennifer) and Nelle; and his grandchildren, Mitchell, Brita (Glynndon), Haley (Travis), Ellen (Ethan), Jack, Laila, Alex (Katie) and Sam.
