He is survived by: his wife Pamela Meade of Calgary, AB; his son Malcolm; his daughter-in-law Sarah of Calgary, AB; his son Richard of Portsmouth; his grandchildren, Lisa (David) of Whiteley, Harriet of Portsmouth and Milo of Portsmouth; his great grandchildren, Charlie of Whiteley and Abigail of Whiteley; his nephew Timothy Davies; his great-nephew Rafferty of Haywards Heath; and also Nicola.
