He is survived by: his wife His; his children, Mike (Melinda), Kevin (Laurie), Jim, Petr (Corrie) and Christine; his grandchildren, Michael, Ben, Talise, Tristan, Justin, Morgan, Alec, Taylor, Dylan, Allison, Lucas and Fergus; his sisters, Bette (John) and Donna (Duncan); his sister-in-law Vonnie; and his brothers, Ken (Susan) and Tom.
