He is survived by: his mother Katarina; his parent-in-law Matus; his father Peter (Gabriela); his brother David; his stepsiblings, Alex and Lea; his half-sister Ela; his grandparents, Jan, Anna, Milan and Maria; his godparents, Jan and Janette; his uncle Juraj (Magdalena); and his cousins, Tomas, Juraj, Adela, Timothy, Matteo and Lilly.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church (541 Silvergrove Dr NW, Calgary, AB T3B4R9).
