It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilynn Laraine Shaver (Calgary, Alberta), who passed away on April 17, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Marilynn Laraine has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her brother Glen Neilson. She is survived by: her husband Wilf Shaver; her sister Denise Guinn; and her friend Karen London Clare. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Foster's Garden Chapel (3220 4 St NW, Calgary, AB T2M3A5).
