She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Paul Dempsey and Margaret Dempsey; her friend McDonalds; her children, Wendy McKechnie-Martens of Calgary, AB and Murray McKechnie of Black Creek, BC; her grandchildren, Miranda (Brian) LaRoque and Darcy (Leeanne); her great grandchildren, Benjamin, Donovan, Karson, Blayze, Jazmyne, Phoenyx, Caragyn and Ryver; her sister Pauline Jorgensen of Fruitvale, BC; and her pet Krikit.
