It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leonard Eugene Kwasnicki of Calgary, Alberta, born in Scout Lake, Saskatchewan, who passed away on February 20, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Kwasnicki and Adolphena Kwasnicki (Phena); his wife Bev Kwasnicki of Calgary, AB; his son Dean Kwasnicki; and his sisters, June Bachman and Gail Matthews.
He is survived by: his children, Greg Kwasnicki (Diane) of Chilliwack, BC, Lee-Anne Thornton (Rick) of Ft. Saskatchewan, AB and Pam Kwasnicki (Ivan Ivicevic) of Crossfield, AB; his grandchildren, Reid, Blake, Brandon (Lori), Shannon (Rob), Abby, Laine and Dylan; his great grandchildren, Elijah and Sammy; and his close friend Fay Clark. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
