He was predeceased by: his parents, Ragnhild Rosa Marie Olsen and Christopher Monrad Christoffersen; his former wife Francis Lillian (Ketty); his sons, Douglas Brent and Ronald James Christoffersen; and his siblings, Gerda Christoffersen, Nels Monrad Christoffersen and Henry Monrad Christoffersen.
He is survived by: his spouse Gurli of Calgary, AB; his sons, Keith Allen Christoffersen (Laura Garcia Valdares) and Ralph Monrad Christoffersen (Tracy Medve); his stepchildren, Mai-Britt Savill (Sam), Maria-Lena Brix and Thomas Hesselberg Nedergaard; and his grandchildren, Rahul, Kai, Marco Christoffersen, Catherine Slemko (Brandon Marchand), Apollo Brix, Benjamin Brix, Sidney Savill, Maddox, Mathias and Sophie Nedergaard.
