He is survived by: his wife Colleen Killingsworth; his sister-in-law Maureen Maclise (Jeff Cole); his nieces and nephews, Sarah Webster (Christian), Maegan Ross (Chris), Michael Killingsworth (Sandy), Mitch Killingsworth and Alycia White (Jim); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Owen, Elissa, April, Jack, Melissa, Mikey, Taryn, Brianna, Madyson and Ayden.
