He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley; and his sister Iris. He is survived by: his sons, Curtis (Sigrid), Craig (Shelley) and Cameron (Dixie); his grandchildren, Cale, Travis, Colton (Mel), Zachary (Anne), Wade, Kirsten and Quentin; his great grandchildren, Kinslee and Jason; and his sister Irene Koch. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made directly to the Children's Hospital or Salvation Army.
