He is survived by: his wife Mailodys Pérez; his stepdaughter Melissa; his siblings, Elaine Phillips and Tim Kohut (Joan Agnew); his sister-in-law Shannon Kohut; and his mother-in-law Moraima Pérez. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
