He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Williams and Leah Williams; his foster sister Suzanne Toolican; his brother-in-law Jody Rasmussen; and his close friend Kent Evanson.
He is survived by: his children, Dayna Forsyth (Wade) of Fort Saskatchewan, Sherman Williams (Tiffany) of Kelowna, Matthew Williams (Laura) of Kelowna, Angela Murphy (Justin) of Airdrie and Kurt Williams (Maria Mitrea) of Calgary; his siblings, David Williams (Nola), Moana Rasmussen, Ladene (Knowlton), Ita'aehau, Juanita Kaaukai (Milburn) and Peggy Torrie (Kevin); his adoptive parent Terry Evanson (Lynette); and his nephew Tyler Williams. He is also survived by his fifteen grandchildren.
