She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lyons and Margaret Lyons; her husband John; her children, Edward and Mary (Hope); and her siblings, James, John, Rosemary, Marjorie and Beatrice.
She is survived by: her children, Margaret, Eileen, Elizabeth, Nora, Jackie and Jonathon; her brother Bill; her grandchildren, Amy, Ian, Elizabeth, Andrea, Jon, Stephanie, Anthony, Susanne, Matthew, Alexandra, Chrissie, James, Karen, Vincent, Sheldon, Melanie, Douglas and Gary; and her great grandchildren, Ashley, Gage, Petra, Brooklyn, Harrison, Blaire, Blake, Theodore, Dominik and Adrianna.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the St. Michael Catholic Community Church (800 85 St SW, Calgary, AB T3H4C7). A graveside service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Queen's Park Cemetery (3219 4 St NW, Calgary, AB T2M3A6).
