She was predeceased by: her father James McKenzie. She is survived by: her husband Bob; her children, Chris (Jenn) and Margaret (Mike); her grandchildren, William and Marley; her mother Mariam McKenzie; and her siblings, John and Rosanne.
In lieu of flowers, Kathy's family requests that donations are made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada or Asthma Canada in her memory.
