We are sad to announce that on January 2, 2024, at the age of 70, Karen Elizabeth Vause (Calgary, Alberta), born in Toronto, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Smith and Audrey Smith. She is survived by: her daughters, Kassia Garriock (Wade) and Mikaela Vause (Heather); and her brother Bruce Smith. She is also survived by her extended family, friends.

Karen had a passion for music and art, she found joy in painting throughout her life and loved to donate and gift her pieces.
