She was predeceased by: her parents, Orin Jacobson and Helena Jacobson; and her sister Sherry Kunkle. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Briella, Leo and Emmitt James; her husband Donald R. James; her son Rob James (Sarah); and her brothers, Bernard Jacobson and Barry Jacobson.
