She was predeceased by: her husband Tetsu Horsey Tajiri; her parents, Masuzo Okahashi and Kikue Okano; her siblings, George, Charlie, Nancy Leong, Lily Yamashita, Merry Sameshima and Reiko Takeyasu; and her son-in-law Donald Dodds.
She is survived by: her children, Bob Tajiri (Taylore Sinclaire) of Calgary, AB, Brenda McMullen (Randy) of Red Deer, AB and Darlene Dodds (Scott Wilkinson) of Calgary, AB. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
