He is survived by: his wife Gracia Ahumada; his son Jeffrey Kellar (Shea); his stepdaughter Tania Guerrero; and his siblings, Dane Kellar (Lynne) and Elaine Alexander. He is also survived by his family and friends.

A memorial service was held on Wednesday, September 4th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Fish Creek Hospitality Centre (14441 Bannister Rd SE, Calgary, AB T2X3J3).
