He was predeceased by: his brothers, Lonnie Tate and Paul Tate. He is survived by: his wife Noella Tate; his children, Jason Tate of Calgary, Roderick of Calgary and Stephanie Tate of Calgary; and his grandchildren, Georgette Tate, Lawson Tate and Isla Tate.
