John Alexander Brackman Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Alexander Brackman of Calgary, Alberta, born in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, who passed away on March 1, 2023 at the age of 90. He is survived by: his wife Jerry Brackman; his children, Kurt Brackman (Julie) of Airdrie, Keith Brackman (Linda) of Calgary, Cal Brackman (Alya) of Calgary and Cindy Purvis of Calgary; his siblings, Guy Riddell (Linda) of Medicine Hat and Glad Rycroft of Whiterock, BC; his grandchildren, Alana Lindahl (Jon), Tyler Purvis (Laura), Meagan MacGillivray (John), Jenna Brackman, Jonathan Brackman and Amelia Brackman; his great grandchildren, Jace Nelson, Brody Lindahl, Bennett Lindahl, Hartlyn Purvis, Timber Purvis, Everly Purvis and Rori MacGillivray; and his cousin Lois Hamilton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
