He was predeceased by: his brother Brad; and his father Bob. He is survived by: his son Jacob Mitchell (Jen Prisnie); his mother Jan May-Mitchell; and his wife Jennifer Botelho. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
