She was predeceased by: her husband Gordon Bergl; her son Jeffrey Bergl (Heather); her grandson Phillip Rondeau; and her great grandchild Leah Boyer. She is survived by: her children, Joanne Rondeau (Ray), Rhonda Bertsch (Ken) and Timothy Bergl (Mian).

She donated her time and talents to various organizations such as the Samaritan's Purse, the Girl Guides, The Mustard Seed, and World Vision.
