She was predeceased by: her husband Steve Wirsta; her parents, Philippe Bernard and Victoire Bernard (Caouette); and her siblings, Camille Bernard, Yvonne Ruby and Raymond Bernard.

She is survived by: her brother Robert Joseph Bernard (Bob); her children, Leonard Brian Wirsta, Gordon Phillip Wirsta (Jean), Cheryl Lynn Marie Lepard (Kelly), Randall John Wirsta (Dani) and Michael Steven Wirsta (Laura); her grandchildren, Steve Schorn (Kaylee), Jennifer Schorn, Kristy Weiss (Jason Cunningham), Matthew Wirsta, Joseph Wirsta, Robin Wirsta, Shyanne Wirsta, Hannah Wirsta and Ellie Wirsta; and her great grandchildren, Ryley Schorn, Lucian Jessome, Archer Jessome and Yukki Cunningham. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
