We are sad to announce that on September 5, 2024, at the age of 77, James Bertle Gustafson of Calgary, Alberta passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, James Bertle is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that James Bertle's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bernhard Gustafson and Dora Marguerite Gustafson; and his brother Glenn Gustafson. He is survived by: his wife Julie Gustafson; his children, Michelle Folmer (Greg) of Prince Albert and Carmen Gustafson (Dave Ivanco) of Martensville; and his grandsons, Chandler Folmer (Bailey Spears) of Red Deer, AB, Reid Folmer of Prince Albert, SK and Andy Campbell of Martensville, SK. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, a brother in law, and several sisters in law.
In lieu of tributes, memorial donations may be made in memory of Bert to the Prince Albert SPCA (Box 1832 Prince Albert, SK S6V 6J9).
