He is survived by: his wife Prakash Kaur; his sons, Ramesh, Sukhdev, Gurdev, Tilak (Late) and Nirmal; his daughters-in-law, Gurmej (Late), Tripta, Pushpa and Paramjit; his grandchildren, Shiv, Sankait, Sushaant, Nirmala, Shakuntala, Sanjeev, Manjit, Anjana, Harjinder, Sonia, Barry, Ashlena, Arvind, Deepika, Bhumika, Manraj and Priya; his pet Mylo Rattu; his daughters-in-law, Baljit, Bidhi, Tarjinder, Dil Mehay, Gurjit and Sarbjit; and his great grandchildren, Simona, Karry, Hiten, Justin, Yogita, Bhavna, Deepanshu, Dennis, Perla, Prashant, Gavin, Yatika, Mohak and Purab.
A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Country Hills Crematorium & Funeral Services (11995 16 St NE, Calgary, AB T3K 0S9).
