He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Carmen Ildiko Kos; his daughter Anita Gherghescu; his granddaughter Diana Racovita; his daughter Emily Karolyi; his granddaughter Sophie Racovita; and his sons-in-law, Gigi, Bogdan, Pierre and Stuart.
