Herbert Ralph Massey Obituary

The memory of Herbert Ralph Massey of Calgary, Alberta, who passed away on January 13, 2025 at the age of 92, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna Massey (Pimlott) and George Massey; and his siblings, Ronald Massey and Joan McNeil. He is survived by: his siblings, Jim Massey (Patricia) and Carol Carpenter (late Ernie); his children, Raymond Massey (Marilyn), Norman Massey (Diane), Teresa Reinhart (Darrell), Geraldine Williams (Todd) and Jacqueline Dutka (late Doug); and his grandchildren, Christine, Colin, Vincent, Stuart, Nicole, Jared, Jacob, Lucas, Sarina, Amanda, Michael, Clifford and Olivia. He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.

Viewing was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Mountain View Funeral Home (Prairie View Chapel) (1605 100 St SE, Calgary, AB T2P2G7). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Mountain View Cemetery (1605 100 St SE, Calgary, AB T2P2G7). A reception was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Mountain View Funeral Home (Prairie View Lounge) (1605 100 St SE, Calgary, AB T2P2G7).
