“Working with Heather was a pleasure because she was always quick with a smile and a giggle whenever I'd call for help on something. If she didn't have the answer, she would always find it. She lit up when talking about holiday plans with loved ones and we shared a love of humour and not taking ourselves too seriously. She was kind and lovely to work with and she will be missed by so many of us. I send my deepest condolences to her family and all of her loved ones.”
