He was predeceased by: his wife Melody Jackson (Duke). He is survived by: his children, Jamie (Kaylee Michaleski) and Michael (Sandra); his grandchildren, Alexander and Hawley; his siblings, Margaret Jacques (John) and Brian Clews (Rhonda); and his pet Zoe (Shih Tzu). He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
