He is survived by: his wife Ursula Polex; his children, Jerry (Elfi), Cliff (Astrid) and Sandi; his grandchildren, Jesse, Chelsea, Dylan, Madison, Cody and Dalanie; and his great grandchildren, Verity, Freya, Chloe, Halley and Nash.
